Governance of the Evaluation
The Governance of the Evaluation is supervised by the Core Group of beneficiary and donor countries as mandated by the Joint Advisory Group. The Management Group of sponsoring donors is responsible for the management of the Evaluation and provides comments to the Evaluation Team. According to the Terms of Reference the Evaluation Team is independent in their findings, conclusions and recommendations.
